Shipping & Handling Charges:
Our Wedding Favors and Wrought Iron products are packaged to ship via UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 states. The Shipping amount is estimated based on the item's ship-weight and delivery location (Zip Code) by UPS OnLineŽ Tools.
Please note that some of our items require irregular sized boxes or boxes over 60 inches which UPS charges at a 30 lbs ship weight and our box cost is an additional $8.50 to ship. Those items are 130 inch Curtain Rods, Weather Vanes with the Lawn Hook, Basket/Towel Stands, Mitten Dryer Stands.
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3-Day Select are also now available as shipping methods that you can select at checkout. They will also be calculated using UPS OnLineŽ Tools and there will be an extra $5 handling charge to place it ahead of other orders.
USPS Priority Mail shipping is available for our wrought products with an additional handling charge of $3.
NOTE - Large and oversized wrought iron items cannot be shipped via Priority Mail and must be shipped via UPS.
Alaska and Hawaii - In order to save on shipping costs, items being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and shipping costs will be estimated using item Ship-weights. Insurance will be automatically applied and will range from $1.50 to $50.00 depending on the item(s) purchased.
UPS Standard to Canada now available for our CANADIAN CUSTOMERS! Our Knickknacks now offers UPS Standard shipping to Canada. This shipping is calculated by UPS OnLineŽ Tools and will be based on the ship-weight of the order as well as the location in Canada that it will be shipping to. Soy Candle products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless the order is large enough for UPS Ground shipping to be used. Once again, shipping rates are estimated based on the item(s) ship-weight and delivery location (Zip Code) and will include a $3 handling charge.
Items that are in stock will ship in 3 to 10 business days. Customers will be notified ASAP if any item is back-ordered or if an item is out of stock and we will email you with an estimated delivery time. We will notify you when an item has been shipped and give you a tracking number for your package. Wrought Iron Products and Candle Items will be shipped separately.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Orders are placed using Yahoo's secure online shopping cart or by Fax or email using our online ORDER FORM. Credit Cards will be charged when order ships or within 30 days of transaction and your order will be adjusted to show the actual shipping amount, if needed. All online Credit Card transactions are secured by Yahoo! Secure shopping cart & online credit card processing. All offline (i.e. Faxed or Emailed) transactions are secured by Authorize.Net. Credit Card and any financial information is removed from our database after 30 days following a completed transaction.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal are all accepted. PayPal will require that you provide a valid E-Mail address and you Must be PayPal Verified with a Confirmed PayPal Shipping Address. If payment is not successfully captured when you place your order then you will receive a PayPal invoice before your order is processed.
Please note: At this time we ONLY ship to the United States and Canada.
SHORTAGES
Shortages must be reported to Our Knickknacks within five (5) days of receipt of the package so that we can fill the order in completion. Order records will be verified to confirm shipment quantities.
REFUND POLICY:
Merchandise Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Our Knickknacks within 5 days of receipt of the item for the correct return address. Items must be shipped to the correct return address or we cannot guarantee refunds. Refunds will be for product price only, excluding any and all shipping and insurance fees, unless you have received the item damaged. Please include your Order number (for online orders) or your Invoice number (for offline orders) with your inquiry.
Canceled Orders: Orders may be canceled prior to shipping only. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refused orders.
Damaged Items: Items that are received damaged will be replaced to you at no extra cost. Please note that you must notify Our Knickknacks within 5 days of receiving any damaged item.
Please note: Candles can only be returned and will be replaced if they are received broken or otherwise defective (i.e. missing wicks, etc.). The customer will be responsible for all candle return shipping costs.
Sometimes burning issues happen if the candle is not burned properly. A candle should be burnt for one hour for every inch it is wide. This allows for a full melt pool. If it is snuffed before this time, then you will see tunneling or wax left on the sides of the container. Situations like this are not considered to be a result of a product defect.
